Our Inner World

What We Get from Giving Thanks

Giving our appreciation does not only feed the giver, it also feeds us. We feel lighter, happier, and more fulfilled. In giving thanks we ground that which we have received into our lives rather than overlooking it. We make it our own, and are thus able to utilize it completely. If we do not perceive or acknowledge what we receive, we do not completely allow it into our systems, and thus are not able to access it fully as a resource. Giving thanks makes the gifts we have received our own

Magic of Meditation

Meditation may offer you more benefits than any other way of taking care of yourself–whether that care is mental, emotional, physical or spiritual. It is a simple process, easy to learn, requires no changes in your belief systems, and there is nothing more economical! Whatever you would most like to happen in your life, meditation can help you create it. Whatever your greatest block or fear, meditation can help you resolve it.

Living Whole

There is only one way to truly create change, to grow, to participate in transformation–both in your own life and in that of others–and that is wholistically. Thinking wholistically means considering healing from a systems approach, from the big picture, from the WHOLE.

Intuition–Our Handiest Tool

We all have within us the absolute finest tool that anyone could want – our intuition. No matter what other assets we have at our disposal, regardless of how much we have, or how sophisticated our other resources may be, nothing surpasses that which lies at the core of consciousness. Intuition is that mysterious force within each human being that is able to access knowledge without logical or perceptual input.

At Home–Inside and Out

Hundreds of illnesses can be traced back to stress. Stress often creeps into almost unnoticed, and increases in small enough increments that it can become a lifestyle without our even recognizing it has happened. It can affect our home, our work, our relationships, our emotions, and ultimately, our physical wellbeing.

Adventures in the Self

An adventure into the self: What is that? What would it feel like? What would be the results of such a journey? How would it affect your life? The Self is our core. It exists within us, and is more central to who we are than our personality, our appearance, our occupation, our health, or our relationships. The Self is more real than all of our achievements, all of our suffering, and all of the other things with which we identify.
